Inspiration CAN be taught...

“Inspiration can't be taught -- that's what we're told. Not quite true. Anette has developed techniques to bring us to a place of readiness where inspiration can and does strike. This course has been the single best investment I've made in my creative writing."

Cait Atherton, Fish and Bridport short story competition winner

The technical aspects of writing are taught in many wonderful workshops.

But what about inspiration?

What about the place where all writing comes from, that mysterious place deep inside that no one has ever seen?

Call it the Unconscious Mind, the big ocean that contains everything we have ever experienced, everything we have ever felt.

Call it the 'Accidental Collision' of Neurons, not used to dancing with each other, forging new pathways.

Call it the 'Creative Flow', that zone we get into when we are fully engaged in writing. When we don't stop and start. When we don't try to control but let the Unconscious Mind tell the stories it always wants to tell.

Getting into that Creative Zone is a skill set that can be learned.

You can learn it today.

But it is also a practice, like a yoga practice.

You have to keep practicing it, and it will become your own.
