My workshops are based on the method of creative flow. My method is my own invention, of course, evolved over many years of writing practice.

But the concept of 'flow' goes back to Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, a professor of psychology, who interviewed thousands of artists and scientists and both documented and explored this concept .

Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi died in October 2021 at the age of 88.

This workshop on 6 and 13 November is a celebration of the creative flow.
